Refund policy

We accept exchanges and store credit within 4 days from the delivery date. After the 4th day from the delivery date, a return request for exchange or store credit cannot be made.

The shipping costs when you made the order are non-refundable.

We do not do price adjustments on previously bought merchandise.

Get FREE exchange and we'll send you a free prepaid label. If you ask for a exchange and the style or size is not available we will automatically issue a store credit refund. Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used on any future purchase.

All items must be in their original condition, packing, unworn/unwashed, with tags/labels must be attached.
(Clothing with no makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.)
XIA Luxe reserves the right to refuse returns that doesn't meet our policy.
Items marked Final Sale, SALE, bodysuits, swimsuits, accessories, intimates, gift cards subscription cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
Submit a return request HERE. Once you complete the request you are going to receive a return request confirmation. If your return request is approved you are going to receive an email notification or if was declined you are going to receive a notification with a message that indicates why the return request was declined.
- Log in to your account: In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request".
This must include photographic evidence if there it’s a damage. Once we receive your request, please allow 3-5 days for us to process.
Please be aware that XIA Luxe is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Any claims or issues regarding lost or stolen packages should be directed to the shipping carrier and local customs authorities. We can assure you that we will trace your package and do everything in our power to help you.
