When will I receive my order?
XIA LUXE items will be shipped within 5-10 business days for order processing time and 2-3 business days shipping time. Thank you for your patience!
*Please allow additional time during launch days as we receive high volume of orders.
Can I combine my orders?
At this time we are unable to combine shipments once an order is placed.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! All customers will receive email tracking details once order has shipped.
Tracking shows my order was delivered but I did not receive it
Any lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. In this case, you will need to contact the carrier with your tracking information to file a missing package claim.

Size Chart
Every item runs differently! There is no size chart that will work for certain, for every person. Pay attention to the product description where we note if items runs small, large or are true to size.
