XIA Luxe will always be processed your orders no later than 2 days since we received it. We shipped orders in a business day until 10:00 am after that time would be for a next business day. Shipping usually takes 3-10 business days to get delivered. Depends the option you selected at the checkout, how far are the destination and if there is a delay on the part of USPS. Orders are shipped from Kissimmee FL. 

All orders have Free standard shipping you can expected to arrive within 3-10 business day depends where are you located.

Please BEFORE you click at "Pay Now" double check your shipping address you are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. If the address is wrong you need to contact us immediately 407-873-3374, chats or email us hello@xialuxe.com. If we do not receive immediately contact from you or if the package was already shipped XIA LUXE will not refund the shipping cost. Any returned package will be subject to reshipment charges.

At the moment XIA LUXE are not doing international shipments. When it is available, the page will be updated.

US Orders you can expected to arrive within 2-4 business day.

PR Orders you can expected to arrive within 3-10 business day.

Due to the holidays, some orders may take longer than usual to receive. Orders places on weekends will not be shipped until Monday. Delivery times may vary as USPS does not guarantee delivery estimates.
